Citadel Trustees announces appointment by Spanish Resort Developer Novaterra for
their shared-ownership program at their luxury golf resort Arcos Gardens Golf
and Country Estate
Citadel Trustees Ltd (Citadel) is pleased to announce that it has recently been appointed by Novaterra Gestión S.L. to provide bespoke Escrow and Stakeholder services to the Group for their exclusive shared-ownership program of their Resort, Arcos Gardens Golf Club & Country Estate.
This multi-award winning development is located just 20 minutes from the city of Jerez de la Frontera, home of the world’s most important sherry bodegas and is surrounded by the beautiful Andalucian countryside. Novaterra has created a unique and exclusive development, which comprises of luxury residences overlooking one of Europe’s finest golf courses. Their shared-ownership program consist of 10 4-bedroom villas that will be offered in one eighth shares, allowing for 6 weeks usage per year in addition to the upscale furnishings and amenities which include a Golf Membership.
