Company Formation & Administration Services

As part of the portfolio of additional services that Citadel can provide to its Clients, we are able to offer a range of Corporate Services.

We can assist Clients in establishing a UK or overseas company, from its incorporation through to the annual compliance and administration thereof. Our Company Formation service includes a rapid name search and completion of all necessary documentation to facilitate the incorporation process. We are able to provide standard, model, Memorandum and Articles of Association or provide bespoke Memorandum and Articles of Association that can be specifically tailored to meet individual Client’s needs.

In addition to the Company Formation, for those Clients who would prefer, Citadel is also able to offer an Administration Service through which we can look after a company’s statutory filing and other requirements, so as to compliance at all times. In certain circumstances, Citadel is also able to provide Nominee Directors and Shareholders, subject to full due diligence being carried out and approved.

All services are tailored to suit the Client concerned – the Client’s requirements are paramount.

Finally, Citadel is also able to provide additional corporate administration services. These services include but are not limited to translations, preparation of Powers of Attorney to cover a range of needs and legalization of the same if required.
