About Us

Citadel was formed in 2007 to provide bespoke services to the alternative investment industry and is an authorized and regulated entity with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 485414), for the establishment and operation of Unregulated Collective Investments Schemes and the safeguarding of clients' funds.

Citadel's Head Offices are situated in Camberley, Surrey, UK, where its experienced and specialized legal services team is able to assist alternative investment professionals in choosing the right structure for their project, right from the start, drafting all the documentation necessary to set up their project and to effect the sales, whilst meeting the regulatory requirements demanded of such products. Citadel's involvement goes beyond the initial set-up stage; it can also provide on-going essential back office administration services to the project, such as escrow and registrar services.

Citadel works in close partnership with its clients and prides itself on its adaptability to today's market.
